The Freemasons’ Homes of Southern Tasmania provide a range of independent living services within Lindisfarne and Kingston.  Accommodation ranges from serviced apartments and single-bedroom units to two-bedroom villa style units.  

Independent living services are available for people over 65 years and who are from the full range of socio-economic backgrounds. Residents are able to enjoy unit accommodation on a low weekly rental basis at Kingston and Selbourne Place; or purchase a 49-year lease at our Masonic Gardens and Wellington Road sites.

Our serviced-apartments are also available on a 49-year lease basis and residents are provided with house-keeping and catering services, as well as medical and care services on a fee-for-service basis when the need arises.

All gardens and grounds are maintained by qualified, friendly professionals; but residents may still maintain their garden if they wish.
